  • Acknowledgement within 5 business days

  • Initial response within 15 business days

  • Resolution or explanation of next steps within 30 business days, where possible

If more time is needed, we will inform you.

How feedback is handled

All feedback is logged, reviewed by a designated responsible officer, and considered in project management.

Where feedback cannot be adopted, we provide a clear explanation.

Respectful engagement
